His load calculation service was impressive, he took over 1.5 hours after we hired him to measure our entire house to ensure the correct size unit was installed. Chris also quoted us same day while we had to wait days for other quotes.

On installation day, Luke and Ryan performed a professional job. That morning, I received an email with the name of my installers, a picture, and even some fun facts about them. Such a great touch. They had to rebuild some of the connections due to where our gas and exhaust lines were, and they were meticulous and took their time. They stayed until the job was completely done, even though it was a long day. They were friendly, personable and cleaned up meticulously.
