“Our HVAC system quit during a hot spell this summer. We called 3 different companies to give us a quote. Chris was the only one who took the time to actually measure our house and check to see that we got the proper system for our home. His pricing was competitive and they were very responsive. We chose them to complete the work and everything was done when they said it would be done. The team was neat and professional. When they were done and left our house, there was no sign they had ever been there other than the fact it was now comfortable.
A few days after the installation, we got a call that Chris wanted to come back out and verify that all was good as a part of their service – I don't remember another service company ever doing that before. They are usually done and gone. Chris came back and went over the system again and showed us what we could do and what they would take care of as part of the first year service included with the system.
