In addition to installing more efficient units, 1st Choice also made significant improvements to the duct work; sealing seams and joints, eliminating angles and elbows that constricted air flow and other general improvements that resulted in significantly better heating. When designing a solution 1st Choice assesses the entire living area calculating room sizes (including ceiling heights), windows, doors, insulation etc. to determine the proper sized units needed to effectively and efficiently heat and cool the space. Each job is viewed from a total engineering perspective, which is exactly the proper approach for HVAC solutions. The 1st Choice technicians are some of the best we’ve encountered. Each activity is thoroughly explained and they treat your home as if it were their own.
