Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in service agreement sales and estimating
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive under company insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a great customer experience with professional service
- Follow up on leads and look for new sales opportunities
- Educate customers on services and recommend the best solutions
- Conduct home evaluations and present proposals
- Handle objections, highlight value, and close sales
- Take care of paperwork, collect payments, and track performance

Lead Service Technician
Job Qualifications:
- Maintain required tools for Level 5 Service Technicians.
- Perform advanced HVAC repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
- Handle electrical, refrigeration, and low-voltage installations.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and material lists.
- Provide repair and replacement options to customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain required tools for Level 5 Service Technicians.
- Perform advanced HVAC repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
- Handle electrical, refrigeration, and low-voltage installations.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and material lists.
- Provide repair and replacement options to customers.
- Acquire and manage maintenance agreements.
- Train and mentor Service Technicians (Levels 1-4).
- Operate tools, lifts, and balance systems safely.
- Ensure professional communication with customers, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain truck and shop inventory.
- Complete service forms and follow dispatch instructions.
- Report issues with tools, equipment, or vehicles promptly.
- Lead technical training and in-house seminars.
- On-call for emergency service as needed.
Compensation:
Up to $60/hour

Lead Installer
Job Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC design, ductwork installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in refrigerant, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems.
- NATE-certified (or ability to obtain and maintain).
- Knowledge of safety practices, tools, and system balancing.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
Daily Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles daily.
- Maintain professionalism and follow supervisor instructions.
- Lead and supervise crews, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle paperwork, reports, and tool/vehicle issues promptly.
- Train installation employees and address customer needs.
- Complete 20 hours of job-related training annually.
- Test, balance, and manage HVAC jobs from start to finish.
- Build strong relationships with builders and team members.
Compensation:
Up to $60/hour
