Full System Membership

The 1st Choice Comfort Club Membership is designed for homeowners who want dependable comfort without the stress of unexpected system issues. With scheduled maintenance and priority service access, the program helps your heating and cooling systems stay reliable, efficient, and ready for seasonal demands.

Rather than reacting to breakdowns, this membership focuses on prevention and consistency. It is a straightforward way to protect your system while working with professionals who understand your home and its needs.

What Membership Includes

Comfort Club members receive two maintenance visits each year. One visit focuses on heating performance, and the other prepares your cooling system for warmer months. These visits are scheduled to align with seasonal use, helping your system perform when it matters most.

If a repair is needed, members receive priority service scheduling, subject to applicable conditions. This added benefit helps reduce wait times and provides reassurance during high-demand periods.

What Happens During a Maintenance Visit

Each visit includes a detailed inspection and testing process focused on system performance, safety, and efficiency. Our technicians take the time to evaluate key components, verify proper operation, and document system conditions for future reference.

General system care includes:

  • We utilize a 35 point inspection on every visit
  • Thermostat testing and system operation checks
  • Duct system inspection and airflow testing
  • Drain pan and drain line inspection with drainage flushing
  • Electrical connection inspection and tightening
  • Temperature rise or drop testing and system documentation
  • Record equipment nomenclature

Indoor and outdoor components are carefully inspected, including:

  • Indoor and Fan motors and capacitors
  • Compressors, contactors, and relays when applicable
  • Disconnect switches for both indoor and outdoor equipment
  • In-place washing of indoor evaporator coils and outdoor condenser coils

Filter replacement is included with a standard one-inch pleated filter. Additional filters or specialty media filters may incur additional charges.

Heating and cooling systems receive inspections specific to their design. Heating systems may include checks of heat exchangers, gas piping, gas pressure, flame sensors, electric heating elements, and flue components when applicable. Cooling systems include refrigerant level checks and metering device inspections.

Membership Pricing

Membership pricing is based on system type and configuration:

Membership Gift Cards

Memberships include company gift cards that can be used toward future services. Full system, mini split, and air handler heat pump memberships include two $100 company gift cards. Boiler and air handler AC memberships include two $50 company gift cards.

Gift cards are redeemable toward system installation, major accessories, or repairs on an existing system. They are not redeemable for cash and may be transferred to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker. Terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Important Notes

Each system requires its own membership. Maintenance services are determined by system type, and missed visits during the appropriate service period are forfeited. Memberships are non-refundable once gift cards have been issued. Priority scheduling requires the maintenance visit for that unit to be completed before repair requests.
